The Flexible Sliding Board has a very smooth surface in order to minimize resistance due to friction. It is used to transfer clients, e. g. from the edge of a bed to a wheelchair, toilet or car seat. The client does not have to be able to stand up, but can make the change in position while sitting, either with or without assistance.
